Three disciplines, one accountable team

Rouya Tech is a registered Jordanian company bringing together technology, compliance and accounting — three things that normally sit in three separate offices, and blame each other when something goes wrong.

Why we started

We started Rouya Tech after years of watching the same conversation from three different sides of the table.

One of us was the IT manager being told the payment controls were finance’s problem. One was the accountant being told the system was IT’s problem. Between us we had seen enough companies lose money in that gap to think somebody should simply cover both.

So we built a firm where there is no gap to fall into — because it is the same team on either side of it.

Our mission

To give companies of 15 to 150 staff one accountable team for their technology, their compliance and their accounts — with the scope, the price and the limits agreed in writing before anything begins.

Most firms this size are stuck choosing between a large consultancy priced for banks and a freelancer with no contract behind them. We exist to remove that choice.

Our vision

A Jordanian business sector where sound systems, clean books and real compliance are normal for companies of every size — not a privilege of the largest.

Nobody should discover at the audit, or at the filing deadline, that the space between their systems and their books was never anyone’s job.

Our policy

We apply to ourselves the controls we implement for clients. Assessment findings, audit records and financial data are encrypted, access-controlled and deleted on an agreed schedule. We never test, scan or access a client system without a signed authorisation naming the systems, the dates and the permitted techniques.

Everything we write for you is yours, in editable form, handed over at close. You are never locked to us.

How we work

Four things we hold ourselves to

Not aspirations. Each of these can be checked against how we actually behave on an engagement, and you are welcome to hold us to them.

Evidence over assertion

We do not tell you a system is secure or a set of books is clean. We show you what we found, in writing, with the detail behind it.

Plain language

Every report has a page your management can read in five minutes. The technical detail goes in an annex, for the people who need it.

Competence before capacity

We turn down work we are not the right team for, and say who is. Taking a job we cannot do properly costs us more than the fee is worth.

Local accountability

We are in Amman, registered here, and reachable. There is no offshore delivery team and no account manager between you and the person doing the work.
