The things people ask before the first meeting

Answered here rather than in a call, because they are the same six questions every time. If yours is not below, ask it directly — we answer within one business day.

All three, on purpose. Most companies buy those services from three separate suppliers, and the space between them is where certifications stall, audit findings stay open and financial risk goes unmanaged. We cover all three so there is no gap to fall into, and one point of accountability when something goes wrong.

No, and neither can any other consultancy. The certificate is issued by an accredited certification body after a formal audit. What we do is build the controls, the procedures and the evidence, audit you internally first, and stay with you through the external audit. Anyone who offers to hand you a certificate is selling documents that will not survive it.

No. In Jordan, statutory audit and the signing of audited financial statements are reserved for licensed certified public accountants. Our role is financial planning, analysis, reporting and advisory — and preparing a year-end file clean enough that your auditor’s job is straightforward. Where we do perform internal audit, it is against management-system standards, which is a different exercise entirely.

Companies with roughly 15 to 150 staff. Below that, most of what we do is more structure than the business needs. Above it, you are usually large enough to employ these people directly. In between is where firms are stuck choosing between a consultancy priced for banks and a freelancer with no contract behind them.

Yes, and we say so in writing. It does the first pass over logs, policies and ledgers. It never produces a finding on its own: if we could not reproduce something ourselves, it does not go in the report, and every deliverable names the person answerable for it. Your data is not used to train any model and is deleted on the agreed schedule. The full position is here.

Documentation, credentials and — where we built software — the source code are handed over at close, in editable form. Everything we wrote for you is yours. Findings, audit records and financial data held on our side are encrypted, access-controlled and deleted on the schedule written into the contract. You are never locked to us.

Still deciding? The How we work page sets out what happens from the first call to handover, including how we price and what we need from you.
